The Morning Song offered by P’taah is one of the most beautiful “prayers” one can say. As P’taah, who is channelled by Jani King says himself, it “transforms the frequency of fear and lack into the frequency of abundance and well-being. So we have devised this beautiful Morning Song to remind you, each one of you, the most expanded truth of who you are. And we say to you that as well as dealing with the emotional issues which keep you separate from the actual knowing of joy, of love, of all wondrousness in your day-to-day life, by also focusing by saying the Morning Song each day –and it does not matter, of course, whether you say it in the morning or evening or all day, all day!

So, the more that you focus on this abundance of all wondrousness and allow the flow, then indeed so you immediately start to experience this flow in your life. And the more you pay attention in your day-to-days to that flow and say ‘Thank you’ as you are witnessing and taking part in this flow, so indeed the more and more and more you are in your own power of creativity.

It simply transforms the frequency from that place of fear of lack to the love of abundance and well-beingness.

Alternative Government

Seth, channelled by Jane Roberts, suggests these codicils as alternate hypotheses, as a base for private and public experience and a new alternative to our present individual and political mass governments.

1. All of creation is sacred and alive, each part connected to each other part, and each communicating in a creative cooperative commerce in which the smallest and the largest are equally involved.

2. The physical senses present one unique version of reality, in which being is perceived in a particular dimensionalized sequence, built up through neurological patterning, and is the result of one kind of neurological focus. There are alternate neurological routes, biologically acceptable, and other sequences so far not chosen.

3. Our individual self-government and our political organizations are by-products of sequential perception, and our exterior methods of communication set up patterns that correlate with, and duplicate, our synaptic behavior. We lock ourselves into certain structures of reality in this way.

4. Our sequential prejudiced perception is inherently far more flexible than we recognize, however. There are half-steps–other unperceived impulses–that leap the nerve ends, too fast and too slow for our usual focus. Recognition of these can be learned and encouraged, bringing in perceptive date that will trigger changes in usual sense response, filling out potential sense spectrums with which we are normally not familiar.

5. This greater possible sense spectrum includes increased perception of inner bodily reality in terms of cellular identity and behavior; automatic conscious control of bodily processes; and increased perception of exterior conditions as the usual senses become More vigorous. (Our sight, for example, is not nearly as efficient as it could be. Nuances of color, texture and depth could be expanded and our entire visual area attain a brilliant presently considered exceptional or super normal.)

Diseases, Cures and Belief

The question which was asked to Bashar was about a treatment for cancer – for liver cancer. His answer however is valuable for all kind of diseases. He speaks especially about “magnetic fields” and the body as an “electric battery” and how this knowing can serve to create methodologies of healing.

Bashar: All right. Now: we have shared with many of you, at many times, some ideas about what you might call physiological treatment for any type of disease at all. It will always depend upon your belief system, primarily, as to whether any of these ideas will work for you, however. And it will always depend upon the reason for why you have attracted the idea and created it into your life. For if you have a good enough reason to hang on to it, you will – regardless of any so-called cure. Because only individuals cure themselves, no matter whom they go to. So there are many ideas, many ideas.

First of all: one idea can be to understand, from what you may call a consciousness point of view, the symbolism of what you may call the filtering system, in that sense, of the liver. And to recognize that if you believe there are ideas – cancerous ideas – within a consciousness and that they must be filtered out, then that may not actually be an integration process. It may be a process of trying to segregate those ideas from you, not accepting them as a part of you to be balanced, blended and transformed, rather than gotten rid of, or expelled from the consciousness. Sometimes a reaction to the idea of attempting to get rid of what you may believe to be negativity or cancerous ideas within you can cause a build-up in organs that symbolize the idea of the filtration system of the body.

To some degree, this has been some of the primal reasons for the general creation of that disease. So, first and foremost, if an individual begins to understand – metaphysically-speaking, as you say, consciously speaking, as you say, energy-speaking, as you say – that it is not about getting rid of anything, but about integrating, facing, and going through the ideas; then you can transform ideas into methodologies, into ideas, into opportunities that serve, rather than trying to get rid of them as if they have no business being in anyone’s life.

Now, one very strong methodology, which your society is only just now beginning to play around with, I shall say – and I do not mean that derogatorily – is the idea that the body is an electrical conduit, a magnetic conduit. And you can create electrical fields, magnetic fields, very strong fields vibrating at certain frequencies, one of which would be seven and one-half cycles per second, the frequency, electromagnetically speaking, of your planet. And by immersing a body in that electromagnetic field, you can create a conducive, literally, a conductive atmosphere that may allow the person immersed in that field to allow themselves to realign with the natural field of the earth. For when an individual is balanced with the natural electromagnetic field of the earth, there can be no disease at all of any type, in any way, shape or form.

That is one way to create such a magnetic field. You have just recently in your society invented devices called magnetic resonance imaging scanner devices. Some of these are used to diagnose, but tuned to different frequencies, they can also be used to cure – something that your scientists are only just beginning to realize. Also the idea has been discussed, and much literature exists in your society, about the notion of treating the physiological body like what you would call an electric battery, and simply recognizing disease as being out of potential, out of electrical balance. Recreating an electrical balance in the body will allow the energy systems to flow in the natural way they need to: realign and flush out and transform all the imbalance back into a balanced state.

These are two of the strongest ways. There may be other ideas that come up that you may call cures of various types. But every kind of a cure that you invent, if it works for an individual, will only be an exteriorized reflection of what you already believe is possible for you. And remember that even in the creation of disease, even though it may start out from an invalidational and judgmental point of view – from a negative point of view – recognize that because you are choosing your reality, that someone who even chooses a disease, does so out of strength. Because they know they can handle whatever it is that disease will teach them, one way or another. So if you look at the idea from the point of view of strength instead of weakness, then you can self-empower the being to recognize that they, in creating it, have the opportunity to create it in another way, to transform it into another creation.

Seth über Tiere

Diese Aussagen von Seth über Tiere und vor allem das Essen von Tieren, räumt auf mit dem unbewussten verschlingen von Fleisch. “Man ist was man isst” ist wahr. Das sollte doch Manchem zu denken geben, ob man wirklich das Fleisch von gequälten und unglücklichen Tieren essen sollte, oder ob man nicht doch eine wesentlich bessere Tierhaltung einführt. Wenn man nämlich Tiere so schlecht behandelt, wie das jetzt in großem Ausmaß gemacht wird, dann isst man auch das Unglück mit, sozusagen. Am besten, man wird gleich Vegetarier…

Als Spezies suchtet ihr bestimmte Arten der Erfahrung. Individuell und als Stämme oder Nationen folgt ihr bestimmten “Progressionen” und indem ihr dies tut, handelt ihr auch als Teil der gesamten Natur. Ihr nehmt das Bewusstsein all dessen, was ihr esst, in verwandelter Form in eure Körper auf.

Diese Bewusstseinsformen verschmelzen, um die Welt auf eine Weise wahrzunehmen, die ihr die eure, eure Eigenen nennt. Durch eure Augen nehmen Tiere, Pflanzen und Staub die Dämmerung und das Sonnenlicht wahr, genau wie ihr – wie ihr, und doch ist eure Erfahrung vor allem eure Eigene.

Und in der gleichen Sitzung etwas vorher sagt Seth über die Frühmenschen:

“Ein Mensch, der neugierig war, wie ein Baum sei, wurde zu einem solchen und verleibte sein Bewusstsein dem Baum ein. Das Bewusstsein des Menschen vermischte und verband sich mit anderen Bewusstseinsformen aus der großen Neugier der Liebe. Ein Kind betrachtete nicht einfach ein Tier, sondern ließ sein Bewusstsein mit dem des Tieres verschmelzen. Damit sah das Tier gewissermaßen auch durch die Augen des Kindes.

Es ist äußerst schwer zu erklären, wie der Mensch den Geist eines Tieres “absorbierte”, bevor er dieses tötete, so dass sich der Geist des Tieres mit seinem eigenen verband. Indem er das Fleisch des Tieres aß, glaubte der Jäger, dem Tier zu einem neuen Schwerpunkt der Existenz zu verhelfen. Er konnte die Stärke des Tieres an sich nehmen und das Tier konnte sich mit dem menschlichen Bewusstsein verbinden. Natur und Geist waren deshalb eins.”

Diese Art des Tötens von Tieren ist mit der industrialisierten Massentierhaltung sicher nicht mehr möglich. Da Tiere selten artgerecht gehalten werden, muss man sich schon fragen, ob man nicht ein total verängstigtes und gequältes (Zell)Bewusstsein isst und das auch noch gewissermaßen anonym…

Fixing the Attention

So where is the attention placed in the human being?

It is not a fixed point. You can say attention is the surface or the edge of awareness. Wherever we are made aware, the attention gets diverted to that point. If you can find some analogy, all the files of iron have got a power to be attracted towards the magnet. Where is that power, you can not locate it; it is all over. Wherever the magnet is placed the files are attracted. Our attention is also like that. That wherever we are attracted, our attention goes there. It is existing in the whole body, in the sense that it can be diverted anywhere outside the body. Also inside the body, in case if there is any pain or there is any trouble. It floats over the nerves. It floats over the whole nervous system. But there is a controlling center in the brain. If it is hit then we can remain conscious, but without any attention. Also if somebody is hit on the Vishuddhi Chakra, it can happen. It can happen even in the lower chakras if somebody is hit. That portion will lose its attention because you can not feel in that part.

The difference is this, that you can pay attention to those points, if you want to, even if they are numbed. For example, if my hand is numb I can pay attention to that, means I can look at it, I can think of it, but there is a point in our being, if that is hit then we can not even think, we are just lying unconscious they say, but eyes are open, hands are moving, legs are moving. That point is at the point of Vishuddhi Chakra here and if you can draw a line from here to the point where is the peetha of Vishuddhi Chakra is inside, inside the brain; along that line if you are hit anywhere you become attention-less, you cannot pay attention anywhere. This line passes through also Agnya Chakra. Because when this point is connected with Vishuddhi Chakra at the back, then here, and at the peetha inside, a kind of a triangle is formed and all this line, or this area can affect your attention.

Your heart is moving, your limbs are moving but you are not paying attention anywhere. So when you pay attention to something, actually you pay attention, normally – when you are not realized – through your brain centers. After realization, you can pay attention through your other centers also. You do pay. This is a very big difference between a person who is realized and who is not realized. Or you can say that you can become effective through your other centers by paying attention to them. You can feel the centers which are obstructed in your body, which you never felt before. Not only that, but you can feel the centers of other people. That means your central nervous system is being blessed by a new awareness by which it can convey to you, communicate to you, the attention paid by your centers and also it can take your attention in a subtler way into the centers of others.

So first thing that happens to you is that your attention becomes subtler. Attention becoming subtler means you start understanding deeper things. For example, a bird can see a flower but cannot feel the beauty of a flower. And a unrealized person can see the beauty of a flower, but cannot see the vibrations of the flower. So you become subtler; your attention becomes subtler. You definitely are at a higher evolutionary stage than the other people are.

Now we have to see how we use our attention. You have seen even when you were not realized, that supposing you start developing an art in your hand from your very childhood, then you develop the deftness of that particular art, because a kind of a myelin sheath grows on the nerves. In the same way, when you are realized, I would say when you are a newly born person, if you start respecting your attention then gradually you develop a deftness for Sahaja Yoga. But so many people, when they get realized, they hardly come second time. Even if they come second time they do not develop the feeling of vibrations more. They still go on being busy with their day-to-day work, wasting their attention on things which do not give you the subtler feelings. So the subtleness, the deftness of the art of Sahaja does not develop itself. …

Nothing can be all right unless and until you develop the subtleties of your attention. And, they develop, by receding your attention from all that is gross. Recede your attention whenever it goes too much into any thought like that, “Oh! Forget it.” But into vibrations you pay full attention. Seeing vibrations, you pay full attention; seeing your own vibrations, pay full attention. Other things you need not worry, they will be all looked after. That is how your attention is subtler in the Kingdom of God. The style is different. When the lotus is in the mud and it has to come out. It finds its way through many crevices and many holes in that mud. But when it is out, out in the open, absolutely liberated, free, then it does not go on dashing here and there, but just opens out and receives the beautiful dew. And the dew melts the fragrance in the lotus; automatically the fragrance starts flowing. It’s a different style altogether, its different method; it’s a different way of life – that is being Sahaja. Just whether you are sleeping or you are awake

Die magische Einstellung

Die “Magische Einstellung” bedeutet, dass ihr eure aktuellen Methoden im Umgang mit Problemen, dem Erreichen von Zielen und der Zufriedenheit verändert. Ihr wechselt zu den Methoden der natürlichen Person. In der Tat sind diese dann Teil eurer persönlichen Erfahrung. Es sind keine esoterischen Methoden, aber ihr müsst überzeugt sein, dass natürliche Methoden existieren, mittels derer der Mensch seine Probleme handhaben und Herausforderungen erreichen kann.

Sicherlich scheint es, dass es der beste Weg sei, spezifische Antworten zu erhalten, indem man spezifische Fragen stellt, und der rationale Verstand denkt in erster Linie stets wie eine Frageliste.

Wahre Kreativität entspringt durch das Genießen des Moments, welche sich dann selbst erfüllen und als Teil des kreativen Prozesses tatsächlich die Art der Entspannung, das Loslassen, magische Aktivität auslöst.

Der Intellekt ist brilliant, aber auf sich allein gestellt, nun, da ist er allerdings auf eine Art in Zeit und Raum isoliert, wie es die Persönlichkeit nicht ist. Und wenn er gestresst ist, mit all seinen gewohnten Mustern oder seiner Rationalität, die mit ihm einhergehen, kann er tatsächlich ängstlich und paranoid werden, weil er kann Ereignisse in der Tat erst dann wahrnehmen, wenn sie bereits eingetreten sind. Er weiß nicht, was morgen geschehen wird, und seitdem ist er völlig überfordert, seine paranoiden Tendenzen befürchten immer nur das Schlimmste.

Die rationale Einstellung passt natürlich einer bestimmten Art von Menschen besser als anderen, eben weil sie ja auch einige Nachteile in sich birgt. Ihr lebt nun einmal in einer industrialisierten, naturwissenschaftlichen Gesellschaft, sodass die Vorteile und die großen Nachteile der rationalen Einstellung überall in der sozialen und politischen Welt auftauchen.

Nun, wenn ihr das intellektuell begreift, dann kann der Intellekt auch verstehen, dass seine eigenen Informationen nicht alle sind, die man besitzen kann. Er kann erkennen, dass sein eigenes Wissen nur die Spitze des Eisberges darstellt. Während ihr diese Erkenntnis in eurem Leben anwendet, beginnt ihr weiter zu erkennen, dass ihr, mit praktischen Worten gesagt, tatsächlich durch einen größeren Wissenskörper unterstützt werdet als ihr bewusst begreift, und durch die magische, spontane Quelle der Aktion, die eure Existenz formt. Der Intellekt kann dann begreifen, dass er nicht immer alles alleine machen muss: Es muss nicht alles ausgeklügelt, noch nicht einmal verstanden werden.

Der Intellekt ist ein großartiger Organisator – nun, gemäß bestimmter Linien – falls man dieser Konzentration folgt, beginnt er seine Wahrnehmungen und Erfahrungen eben diesen gleichen Linien entlang zu organisieren. Es ist eine Art irreführender Versuch, eine Ordnung zu finden, indem er Daten findet, die in sich übereinstimmen. Er sammelt dann Beweise, um seinen Punkt zu prüfen, weil der rationale Verstand, wie ihr ihn versteht, einen annehmbaren Grund für alles haben muss.

Der Intellekt wurde dahingehend unterrichtet, sich von seiner Quelle zu trennen. Er erkennt darin eine Machtlosigkeit, bis zu einem gewissen Grad ist er philosophisch gesehen von seiner eigenen Quelle abgeschnitten worden.

Wenn ihr glaubt, dass das Schlimmste geschehen wird, dann seid stets auf der Hut. In eurer Kultur benutzen die Menschen den Begriff Intellekt meistens wie eine Waffe, um sich selbst gegen drohende Unfälle zu schützen. Sie müssen dann für Gefahren aller Art gerüstet sein. Sie beginnen Beweise zu sammeln, sodass jede andere Lebenseinstellung närrisch erscheint, und ein Realist zu sein bedeutet in diesem Rahmen, dass man sich das Schlimmste vorstellt. Zu allererst, wenn ihr begreift, dass der Verstand an sich ein Teil der Natur ist, ein Teil der natürlichen Person, ein Teil eines magischen Prozesses, dann müsst ihr ihn auch nicht überfordern, ihn fühlen zu lassen als sei er isoliert, oder in eine Position drängen, in welchem er paranoide Tendenzen entwickelt.

Die magische Einstellung setzt voraus, dass das menschliche Wesen eine ganzheitliche Kreatur ist, Bestimmungen folgt, wie es auch die Tiere in der Natur tun, gleich ob er diese Ziele versteht oder nicht. Die Magische Einstellung setzt voraus, dass jedes Individuum eine Zukunft besitzt, eine erfüllende, sogar wenn der Tod morgen droht. Die Magische Einstellung setzt voraus, dass die verfügbaren Mittel zur Entwicklung in jedem Individuum vorhanden sind, und dass Werterfüllung auf natürliche Weise geschehen wird. Kurzum, diese Einstellung operiert bereits in eurer Welt. Wäre dem nicht so, würde es keine Welt mehr geben.

In der inneren Welt bringen eure Wünsche mühelos ihre eigene Erfüllung hervor. Diese innere Welt, und auch die äußere, überschneiden sich und sind ineinander verwoben. Sie erscheinen nur getrennt voneinander. In der physischen Welt mag Zeit vergehen oder was auch immer. Bedingungen müssen verändert werden oder was auch immer, aber die Wünsche werden die korrekten Resultate erbringen. Das Gefühl der Leichtigkeit ist das, was wichtig ist.

Es ist sehr wichtig, dass der Verstand dies versteht, so wie, ganz einfach jetzt: “Das ist nicht mein Zuständigkeitsbereich. Ich werde die Lösung für dieses Problem dort belassen, wo es hingehört. Wir werden hier die Magische Einstellung anwenden.”
Die magische Einstellung ist in der Tat die natürliche Einstellung zur Lebenswirklichkeit.
