Übrigens kann man bei Google Earth die Kornkreise direkt ansehen, sofern man rechtzeitig davon erfährt. Die Entstehung der Kornkreise bleibt weiterhin mysteriös und die Interpretation der Gebilde ist nach wie vor schwierig…

I am existing. Go deep into this feeling. Just sitting, go deep into this feeling ― I am existing, I am. Feel it, don’t think it, because you can say it in the mind – I AM – and it is futile. Your head is your undoing. Don’t go on repeating in the head I am, I am existing. It is futile, it is useless. You miss the point. Feel it deep down in your bones. Feel it all over your body. Feel it as a total unit, not in the head. Just feel it ― I am.
Don’t use the words “I am”. Don’t make it a mantra, and sitting, don’t say, “I am existing.” There is no need. Everyone knows, and you know already that you are existing; there is no need, it is futile. Feel it ― I am existing. Feeling is a different thing, totally different. Try it. And you can do it anywhere. Just riding on a bus, or traveling in a train, or just sitting, or lying down on your bed, try to feel existence as it is; don’t think about it. When you start feeling existence, the whole world becomes alive to you in a totally new way; you have not known it.
Then you pass through the same street and the street is not the same, because now you are grounded in existence. You meet the same friends but they are not the same, because you are different. When you are rooted, you are one with the whole, and the existence exists for you. You are not a beggar; you become an emperor suddenly.
And while feeling this, don’t create a limit to it. Feel it illimitably. Don’t create a boundary to it; there is none. It ends nowhere. The world begins nowhere; the world ends nowhere. Existence has no beginning and no end. You also don’t have any beginning; you also don’t have any end.

Bescheidenheit ist keine Tugend. Sie ist ein Laster, eine Last, unwürdig für ein göttliches Wesen! Kein Wunder, dass Bescheidenheit vor allem von jenen Instanzen gepredigt wird, die selber alles andere als bescheiden sind, so wie Kirchen, Regierungen, Königshäuser, die alle dem “Volk” vermitteln wollen, es solle sich doch bescheiden und das “Schicksal” akzeptieren. Unter Schicksal versteht man dann Jobs als Zeitarbeiter, unterbezahlte Hilfsarbeiter oder gleich Arbeitslose, denen man dann ein bescheidenes Almosen zukommen lässt.
Die Bescheidenheit geht Hand in Hand mit einem mangelnden Selbstwertgefühl, das, wie ich schon öfters geschrieben habe, die Volkskrankheit Nr. 1 ist. Deshalb ist das erste Gebot, wenn man einmal festgestellt hat, WAS man will, seinen eigenen unermesslichen Wert zu entdecken und zu akzeptieren. Und dann kann man beginnen, zuzulassen, Was man will und man muss sich nicht mehr von den wasserpredigenden, weinsaufenden “Autoritäten” ins Bockshorn jagen lassen.
Das, WAS man will, muss man nicht von Anderen einfordern, auch nicht vom Staat oder sonstigen Instanzen, sondern man generiert es aus sich selbst heraus, oder aus dem Universum, was das Gleiche ist. Die einzige Voraussetzung dazu ist, dass der Wunsch nicht nur gedacht wird, sondern vor allem gefühlt wird, denn das ist die Frequenz – die Schwingung, die erfüllt wird. Das WIE kann man getrost dem erweiterten Selbst – oder dem Universum – überlassen. Das ist die wissende (magische) Art zu leben…

This is an excerpt of a channelling that Kryon gave in Israel in 2005. He gives three recommandations for the path of enlightenment. These recommandations were given for a World Peace Meditation but are of course valuable also today. The channelling has some special passages for Israel, so I cite only the informations about the 3 steps for enlightenment. I specially like the metaphor “packing your bags”. If you’re going to go on a journey of enlightenment, then you must pack your bags. Now this, of course, is a metaphor. We’re not literally asking you to pack your bags. But metaphorically this means to collect the things you’re going to need around you as you begin the journey. So you will get ready and prepare yourself.
What does that mean for a personal path? It means that you start to collect the things you think will be meaningful on a path of enlightenment. Learn what you can about the things that have been presented in front of you. Perhaps these will be books, perhaps various meetings. With your pure intent, you may wish to learn how to meditate better. Perhaps there are processes that you might be interested in or meetings you might attend to learn more about the energy of God. Look around and see what is presented to you that might give you sustenance and prepare your journey better. If you want to create peace on Earth, you’ve got to get up and pack your bags. Remember, it’s a metaphor. It means that you are taking a major journey – personally, not with those around you – not with the government or family or anyone else. As you clean the actual DNA residue of your own selves, you activate energies for peace on Earth, one Human Being at a time. If you are, indeed, a piece of God, this means that you may make a difference. So you are now packing for this trip.
Now, the next three things I’m going to tell you, you won’t understand. They will be confusing and not necessarily what you thought. Here are three steps for your packing preparation.
Number one. Do not make any interim goals. You know you want to walk a sacred path and the Human Being loves to make plans. “I’m beginning a sacred path,” you say. “And here are the goals: I’m going to do this and I’m going to do that. Perhaps I will go here and I will go there.” It’s a simple thing, and you are told that it’s good to do.
It isn’t going to work! Make no interim plans at all. Oh, there would be those who would say, “That’s useless information.” However, it may be the best information I’ve ever given you. Humans have a remarkable talent for canceling the good things that God has planned for them. By deciding in advance what’s best for you or deciding that you know far better than God does, you void the plans of God! Oh, be the tool that has not yet been shaped. You are the tool for peace on Earth. You begin a sacred path, but you have no idea what the tool is yet. It’s like purchasing a ticket for a train. The ticket says it’s for a destination to an unknown place, leaving at an unknown time. But the ticket is still good for the ride.
Difficult to imagine? Yes. But then I say, celebrate this process. Celebrate the unknown! Some may come up to you and say, “What are your plans?” And you smile at them and say, “I have no idea and I’m so excited about it!” Can you do that? Is it silliness or is it the way of God? Why don’t you talk to your ancestors about that? Some call it faith and say that there is a bigger plan.
So let me present number two, and it’s going to sound a lot like number one. Make absolutely no assumptions about anything. You’ve got it all figured out, don’t you? You say, “I’m on an enlightened path. It’s going to be much like that person over there. I’m going to do what they did.” Then you make the assumptions to do what they did, since you feel they did it right.
And here is the third one. Don’t make up your mind what the timeline is going to be. “Kryon, I’ve tried this energy you’ve spoken of, of a higher vibration. I’ve given pure intent. I’ve done all the things you told me to. I know something is happening because I’m feeling it in my heart. But now I’m stuck. Nothing is happening. And I know it’s supposed to happen.”
Human Beings are very impatient. You think you’re stuck. You think your politics are stuck. Nothing is going on that is good. Oh, dear one, I’d like to tell you something personally: The moment you gave pure intent for the change in your life, things went into action. Invisible to you, these things are. Action is taking place and movements in other areas that will affect you later. And while the energies you’ve set in place are moving around you, all you can say is, “Woe is me, I’m stuck.”
If you could interview the fetus in the womb, it would say the same thing! It can’t see the upcoming miracle of birth. It only knows is that it is trapped and uncomfortable… more so each day! Our perception is that your miracles are taking place right now. We know what’s for supper, but to you the meal hasn’t been cooked yet! How many of you can sit and enjoy “being stuck?” Perhaps it’s time for you to start thinking of this differently?
Sraddhalu Ranade, a scientist at the Sri Aurobindo Ashram, speaks about how to educate the whole person. While the current educational system has its roots in the industrial age and a mechanical mindset, the converging crises of our time call for a new, more holistic approach to learning that supports the unfolding of and integration around each person’s deepest potential.

Ascended Master Saint Germain, channeled by Aruna talks about which food one can eat to be healthy. It is not a short-term “diet” but a continuous change to better food. He recommends all the food that Hildegard von Bingen recommended also already in the 12th century. This comprises beans, nuts and spelt of course. She also said like Saint-Germain: Don’t eat wheat!
Fancy concepts abound about your daily choice of foods, and many are contradictory. Changing the diet need not be confusing. Allowing the natural mechanism of mind choosing what the body’s needs, and not going against those needs, must take precedence over naming the “correct way” of eating according to one food guru or another. Most of these food advisers don’t understand the most important information available on diet: the body “knows” what it needs and what it doesn’t get good digestion from. Why keep making yourself ill over and over again when all you must do to avoid these diet aggravated symptoms is drop these foods from the menu. But what do you do? Give up other things instead because of food fads that are touted as good diets when they are not.
Low calorie diets are a disaster, as good nutrients are usually replaced with less nutrients along with less choices. One diet guru teaches no fat, another disaster, as all fats are not alike and good fats are needed for healthy bodies. Making up a fancy diet is not my goal. Good eating and mana combined will add to your functionality, not deliver you poor quality nutrition.
Fasting can aid the beginning of the fresh food diet. It cleans the body of non-aligned diet content before adding new choices. Patience is key, as addictive foods have an active pull on the body’s instincts. Noticing these pulls and choosing another delicious option cancels the addiction. Please give notice whenever you “must have” anything. No “must haves” provide the correct balance needed to feel good.
What is felt is the key to good health. Are your days full of thoughts about certain foods? Give these thoughts away, along with the foods these thoughts are about. Want, covet and desire are all addictive, controlling choices, not fresh food diet choices. When the body is receiving good, nutritious ingredients, these cravings are not active.
First, pick the most “natural” whole foods that are not cooked. Add good compliments for color, not taste. Your taste choices are not necessarily what your body needs. Consider wheat “death content.” Eat NO wheat. Other grains can be cautiously used. Oats, in particular, offers good fiber and good nutrition. Spelt, amaranth, quinoa and rice are good additions for those unable to eat only fruits and vegetables.
Change your diet gradually, noticing cravings and deleting these diet destroyers. You are not dieting for weight control, rather, health control. Fresh, not cooked is more active in delivering good nutrients, although some cooking adds more taste and acceptability to many good foods.
Please don’t go totally raw. This is not necessary. Good soups are great additions to your body’s choices. Add beans and the above mentioned grains to them and they will be loved by all. Seeds and nuts are also needed. Use the unsalted varieties. When buying nuts, choose raw when you can.
Marijuana is not a negative for ascension, and neither is cigarettes, but both are addictive and damage your body as a consequence of using them. Give up this addiction, as your goal to ascend means you must become “not attached” to anything material.
Can you do the fresh food diet without any organic content? Yes, bless what you are about to eat with your mind, and deliver divine light through your hands, before consuming the food. Grow food when it is possible, but don’t be disturbed when this is not an option.
Are you becoming more accepting of my request? No time limit has been decreed. Choose when you are able. I am not demanding this—only offering an important alternative to the controllers’ agenda. Answers to your questions on this topic would be considered good additions here.
Be a teacher and caring friend by telling others about this diet in your conversations. Cheer up a neighbor with some good food choices and diet guidance. Imagine transported and warehoused food being discontinued in your area, could this diet information help? When you are an example, many will be grateful for your aid.
