How to overcome easily resentment and resistance
The body always shows when resentment and resistance are triggered. You begin to feel uncomfortable, your chest tightens up, your stomach churns… The body always reacts to the vibrations one is putting out. So if one is feeling negative emotion – the root of all diseases – the body responds in a negative way.
So the whole trick is to feel positive emotions and the body will respond positively to these vibrations too and can begin to heal itself, to align itself to health into a state of perfect balance. The key to manage this is to know in each waking moment how you are feeling. Your body will give you clues. You do not have to be aware of your thoughts, only your feelings.And when you are aware you have the power to shift your thoughts instantly. Think thoughts that feel good, especially when you sense yourself getting into a downward spiral. The positive thoughts will create positive vibrations. Your body and the universe will respond to those vibrations immediately. Focus on what feels good in your life, what you appreciate and love. You can build that habit as easily as you built the habit of resentment and resistance.
There might be an echo of negative thoughts and feelings. So it is helpful not to focus on the immediate outcome but to seek relief moment by moment, to continue to focus on what feels good, on what is appreciated and what you love. By this changement in vibration the outcome must change, too and your world will become a place of health, joy and peace. This is the (r)evolution we need now!
Your experience in the world of physical matter flows outward from the center of your inner psyche Then only you perceive this experience. Exterior events, circumstances and conditions are meant as a kind of living feedback. Altering the state of the psyche automatically alters the physical circumstances. You change even the most permanent-seeming conditions of your life constantly through the varying attitudes you have toward them. There is nothing in your exterior experience that did not originate with you. It is vital that you realize you are working with beliefs in your mind – and the real work is done there in the mind – and not look for immediate physical results. Seth
