Elias, channelled by Mary Ennis, is one of my favourite sources of inspiration. This small exercise that he offers here is important, because the lack of deservingness – of self-value – is certainly very impeding for fulfilling your desires whatever they are… Enlightenment, wealth, health…. The fact that you exist is enough! Relaxing, isn’t it!
You can genuinely express your own deservingness and express that in actions, even if you do not believe it initially. Offer yourself rewards for merely being. It is not necessary for you to accomplish any action to reward yourself. Choose some physical manifestation that is important to you. One manifestation that is important to almost all of you is money, commonly speaking. Several times within a day generate an actual physical action of giving yourself one dollar as a reward, that you deserve it merely for the factor that you are breathing. You exist. You have been breathing today. Therefore, you deserve a dollar. And you deserve that dollar several times within the day. And do not engage all of those dollars. Those are your acknowledgement. Therefore, I would even express that for a time framework of six months not to engage any of those dollars, merely continue to collect them. And at the close of six months, count how many dollars you have offered to yourself each day, that this is the accumulation of you deserving for no other reason but that you are breathing.
And in that, at the close of the six months, you can incorporate those dollars to offer yourself a purchase of a NEW gift, only to yourself in whatever is important to you, as another acknowledgement of what you deserve merely for the reason that you breathe.

8 Ways To Reassurance
STOP – stop whatever you’re doing.
RELAX – relax your mind, let go of any beliefs.
BREATHE – normal breathing, not deep breaths.
OBSERVE – observe your breathing, notice the silence.
TRUST – trust the breathing, trust the silence.
ACCEPT – accept the silence, accept you now.
YOU NOW – trust you now, accept you now, you are important.
YOU MATTER – trusting and accepting you, and focusing on you, not others.
A knowing way to solve problems and transform the individual world are the 4 steps by Elias, channeled by Mary Ennis. This is not fight which is a concentration on the unwanted events which persist therefore, but a very intelligent basic way of “problem resolution”. This is valuable for individuals as well as complex societies which consist of individuals and therefore will also change by these means. IMO, most of the problems of the world are stuck in step 2 and even institutions with best intentions continue to stare at problems instead of going on…
Noticing • Identifying • Adressing to • Allowing
4 Steps
1. What I am expressing to you is, you may be noticing initially that you are being affected. This is your first step, noticing WHAT is affecting of you and noticing your responses.
2. Subsequently you move into your next step, which is to be identifying what is influencing you in this area, what is influencing your perception to be creating your responses, which are your belief systems. This is what is influencing and therefore creating your responses through your perception. This is the identification step. This is the second step, identifying. This is not addressing to yet. This is merely the second step. You have moved from noticing to identifying, and now you move into your third step. You have already identified the behaviors, the beliefs, the effects, the responses, the reactions, and once you have identified all of these, you move into your third step of addressing to these issues.
3. Now; the addressing to is not to be continuing to concentrate upon all of the elements within step two. This is the purpose of step two, to be recognizing, identifying, examining. This area creates – for the most part, with many, many individuals – much conflict. This is your area of conflict, your step two, your identification phase, so to speak, and as you are continuing within all of these conflicts, you may also recognize that you are not addressing to yet. You are continuing to merely be identifying.
4: As you move into your third step, you begin to allow yourself to release your hold upon all of this energy, recognizing in step three, so to speak, that have you already identified. You already recognize how very tightly you hold to your energy, how very automatically you respond and you react.
This well-known scene with Luke Skywalker where Yoda raises the spaceship by pure mental power is a good demonstration of real human power. I know, it is hard to believe that’s why some practice is necessary until it works…

Seth, channelled by Jane Roberts, suggests these codicils as alternate hypotheses, as a base for private and public experience and a new alternative to our present individual and political mass governments.
1. All of creation is sacred and alive, each part connected to each other part, and each communicating in a creative cooperative commerce in which the smallest and the largest are equally involved.
2. The physical senses present one unique version of reality, in which being is perceived in a particular dimensionalized sequence, built up through neurological patterning, and is the result of one kind of neurological focus. There are alternate neurological routes, biologically acceptable, and other sequences so far not chosen.
3. Our individual self-government and our political organizations are by-products of sequential perception, and our exterior methods of communication set up patterns that correlate with, and duplicate, our synaptic behavior. We lock ourselves into certain structures of reality in this way.
4. Our sequential prejudiced perception is inherently far more flexible than we recognize, however. There are half-steps–other unperceived impulses–that leap the nerve ends, too fast and too slow for our usual focus. Recognition of these can be learned and encouraged, bringing in perceptive date that will trigger changes in usual sense response, filling out potential sense spectrums with which we are normally not familiar.
5. This greater possible sense spectrum includes increased perception of inner bodily reality in terms of cellular identity and behavior; automatic conscious control of bodily processes; and increased perception of exterior conditions as the usual senses become More vigorous. (Our sight, for example, is not nearly as efficient as it could be. Nuances of color, texture and depth could be expanded and our entire visual area attain a brilliant presently considered exceptional or super normal.)

Optical Illusions are a good reminder to understand that our view of things is tricky. The image left is a good demonstration for that. Click on the image to enlarge it and then stare at the point.Usually it takes about 30 seconds for the 2 “dimensions” to disappear. Maybe this is an example on how by focusing we are fading out all other available possibilities.
Abraham says:
When you are deliberately deciding that you want a thing and are giving your conscious deliberate thought to it – that is creation at its best, but when you are giving thought to that which you do not want, but nevertheless creating it – that is creation by default.
The Art of Focusing is to know on what one is focusing – deliberately focusing – without forgetting all other possibilities and dimensions.
