He suggests to make a contract with it, physically sit down and write a contract about the competence of the ego of what it can handle and what it cannot handle and have to let the expanded mind do. Remember, the ego does not know, how to do things but it can know, what it wants. Create a win/win situation with the ego by first accepting the belief systems and reassure it that the old belief systems are no longer necessary…

Mit dem größtmöglichen Verstehen und Mitgefühl muss ich dennoch bemerken, dass die westliche Medizin eine sehr unzivilisierte, hypnotische Vorgehensweise ist. Die gebildetsten westlichen Ärzte würden den Gedanken, ein Huhn in einer primitiven Medizinmannhütte zu opfern, mit Abscheu und Schrecken sehen, betrachten es aber als wissenschaftlich und unvermeidbar, dass eine Frau dem Krebs zwei Brüste opfert. Die Ärzte sehen einfach keinen anderen Ausweg, wie unglücklicherweise ebenso wenig der Patient.
Ein moderner westlicher Arzt wird mit großem Unbehagen seinen Patienten informieren, dass er sterben wird und ihm so den Eindruck vermitteln, dass seine Situation hoffnungslos ist, wird aber mit Hohn und Abscheu reagieren wenn er liest, dass ein Voodoopriester einen Fluch auf irgendein unschuldiges Opfer geworfen hat.
In eurer Zeit sehen Ärzte – mit großer Überlegenheit – auf primitve Kulturen herab und verurteilen gnadenlos die Dörfler, die sie unter der Gewalt von Zauberdoktoren oder Voodoo wähnen und dennoch schärfen diese Ärzte mit Hilfe von Werbung und Organisationen jedem Individuum in eurer Kultur ein, dass ihr alle 6 Monate Untersuchungen machen müsst, sonst bekommt ihr Krebs und dass ihr eine Krankenversicherung haben müsst, denn ihr WERDET krank werden.
In vielen Bereichen sind deshalb die modernen Ärzte ungeeignete Hexendoktoren, die ihre Fähigkeiten vergessen haben – bloße Hypnotiker, die nicht mehr an die Kraft der Heilung glauben und deren Suggestionen andere Krankheiten hervorbringen, die im voraus diagnostiziert werden.
Euch wird gesagt, wonach ihr suchen müsst. Ihr seid verflucht – viel mehr als ein Eingeborener in einem winzigen Dorf. Ihr verliert Brüste, Binddarme und andere Teile eurer Anatomie. Die Ärzte folgen ihren eigenen Vorstellungen und in diesem System sehen sie sich selbst als vollkommen gerechtfertigt, sogar als menschlich.
Im medizinischen Bereich werdet ihr wie in keinem anderen Bereich mit der vollen Wirkung eurer Glaubenssätze konfrontiert, denn Ärzte sind nicht die Gesündesten, sondern die Ungesündesten. Sie werden das Opfer ihrer eigenen Glaubenssätze, die sie so herzhaft unterschreiben. Ihre Konzentration liegt auf Krankheit, nicht auf Gesundheit!
Seth (geschannelt von Jane Roberts) bringt es auf den Punkt! Natürlich ist auch die westliche Medizin in mancher Hinsicht bei der “Reparatur” des Körpers erfolgreich. Aber es wird auf die harte Tour gemacht. Erst wird verflucht, dann wird versucht, mit Hilfe von schreckenseinflößenden Maschinen und kalter Krankenhausatmosphäre den Patienten zu heilen. Dieser braucht seinen ganzen Mut, um trotz dieser Umstände wieder gesund zu werden.
Ascended Master Saint Germain, channeled by Aruna talks about which food one can eat to be healthy. It is not a short-term “diet” but a continuous change to better food. He recommends all the food that Hildegard von Bingen recommended also already in the 12th century. This comprises beans, nuts and spelt of course. She also said like Saint-Germain: Don’t eat wheat!
Fancy concepts abound about your daily choice of foods, and many are contradictory. Changing the diet need not be confusing. Allowing the natural mechanism of mind choosing what the body’s needs, and not going against those needs, must take precedence over naming the “correct way” of eating according to one food guru or another. Most of these food advisers don’t understand the most important information available on diet: the body “knows” what it needs and what it doesn’t get good digestion from. Why keep making yourself ill over and over again when all you must do to avoid these diet aggravated symptoms is drop these foods from the menu. But what do you do? Give up other things instead because of food fads that are touted as good diets when they are not.
Low calorie diets are a disaster, as good nutrients are usually replaced with less nutrients along with less choices. One diet guru teaches no fat, another disaster, as all fats are not alike and good fats are needed for healthy bodies. Making up a fancy diet is not my goal. Good eating and mana combined will add to your functionality, not deliver you poor quality nutrition.
Fasting can aid the beginning of the fresh food diet. It cleans the body of non-aligned diet content before adding new choices. Patience is key, as addictive foods have an active pull on the body’s instincts. Noticing these pulls and choosing another delicious option cancels the addiction. Please give notice whenever you “must have” anything. No “must haves” provide the correct balance needed to feel good.
What is felt is the key to good health. Are your days full of thoughts about certain foods? Give these thoughts away, along with the foods these thoughts are about. Want, covet and desire are all addictive, controlling choices, not fresh food diet choices. When the body is receiving good, nutritious ingredients, these cravings are not active.
First, pick the most “natural” whole foods that are not cooked. Add good compliments for color, not taste. Your taste choices are not necessarily what your body needs. Consider wheat “death content.” Eat NO wheat. Other grains can be cautiously used. Oats, in particular, offers good fiber and good nutrition. Spelt, amaranth, quinoa and rice are good additions for those unable to eat only fruits and vegetables.
Change your diet gradually, noticing cravings and deleting these diet destroyers. You are not dieting for weight control, rather, health control. Fresh, not cooked is more active in delivering good nutrients, although some cooking adds more taste and acceptability to many good foods.
Please don’t go totally raw. This is not necessary. Good soups are great additions to your body’s choices. Add beans and the above mentioned grains to them and they will be loved by all. Seeds and nuts are also needed. Use the unsalted varieties. When buying nuts, choose raw when you can.
Marijuana is not a negative for ascension, and neither is cigarettes, but both are addictive and damage your body as a consequence of using them. Give up this addiction, as your goal to ascend means you must become “not attached” to anything material.
Can you do the fresh food diet without any organic content? Yes, bless what you are about to eat with your mind, and deliver divine light through your hands, before consuming the food. Grow food when it is possible, but don’t be disturbed when this is not an option.
Are you becoming more accepting of my request? No time limit has been decreed. Choose when you are able. I am not demanding this—only offering an important alternative to the controllers’ agenda. Answers to your questions on this topic would be considered good additions here.
Be a teacher and caring friend by telling others about this diet in your conversations. Cheer up a neighbor with some good food choices and diet guidance. Elias, channelled by Mary Ennis, is one of my favourite sources of inspiration. This small exercise that he offers here is important, because the lack of deservingness – of self-value – is certainly very impeding for fulfilling your desires whatever they are… Enlightenment, wealth, health…. The fact that you exist is enough! Relaxing, isn’t it!
You can genuinely express your own deservingness and express that in actions, even if you do not believe it initially. Offer yourself rewards for merely being. It is not necessary for you to accomplish any action to reward yourself. Choose some physical manifestation that is important to you. One manifestation that is important to almost all of you is money, commonly speaking. Several times within a day generate an actual physical action of giving yourself one dollar as a reward, that you deserve it merely for the factor that you are breathing. You exist. You have been breathing today. Therefore, you deserve a dollar. And you deserve that dollar several times within the day. And do not engage all of those dollars. Those are your acknowledgement. Therefore, I would even express that for a time framework of six months not to engage any of those dollars, merely continue to collect them. And at the close of six months, count how many dollars you have offered to yourself each day, that this is the accumulation of you deserving for no other reason but that you are breathing.
And in that, at the close of the six months, you can incorporate those dollars to offer yourself a purchase of a NEW gift, only to yourself in whatever is important to you, as another acknowledgement of what you deserve merely for the reason that you breathe.
